Instructions: To register with the Judicial Information System Technology (JIST) case information "Robot": 1) Select Register, 2) Enter information in the form fields, 3) Click the Submit Request button It is only necessary to utilize this form for the initial E-mail address validation, or to change Contact Information. (See additional instructions below) Items denoted with the * character are required fields. Whether you are Registering or Changing ALL fields marked with an * must be filled in to Submit. Validated registrations will receive a Change Code and confirmation  (see ** Change Code below) by return email to the E-mail address submitted.

Additional Instructions:
Users are required to submit Contact Information for E-mail validation only once. When validation of an E-mail address is received, you may subscribe/unsubscribe to vNotices! for particular cases by sending email to caseinfo@courtstuff.com with the word Subscribe or Unsubscribe and the Case Number on the subject line. (Hint: Click the Subscribe Link at the bottom of any case's docket sheet to send the subscription).  E-mail subscriptions from addresses not receiving prior registration/validation utilizing this form, will be not be processed. Note! The email you send to Subscribe or Unsubscribe MUST be sent From: the address you registered. In summary, you can submit the Registration Form from anywhere, but you MUST send the Subscription email from the address registered!

**Change Code
When you receive validation, a "Change Code" will be included in the information.  To correct any of your information, resubmit this form with CHANGE as the Registration Type and your "Change Code" in the Change Code field above. If you forget your Change Code, or simply want to review your online information (including the list of subscribed cases for your email address), send an email to caseinfo@courtstuff.com with the words DOCKET and LIST on the subject line.
