Disclaimer - Case
Management and vNotice! Data
This information is compiled and made
available from existing Case Management databases as a public service by
the Webmaster and the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals. However, since the
databases being utilized do not implement extensive data validation
routines and the data is subject to regular update/change/correction by
the Clerk's office, the converted data may not represent the exact case
record and status.
Note: During the regular update/change/correction procedures of
the Clerk's office, the vNotice! system might detect a change for
nonsubstantive items such as when a minor typographical correction is
made. A vNotice! will be generated for any perceived change and the
portion of the case data where the "perceived" change occurred will be
flagged with an "*" on the docket sheet.
The Webmaster and
the Fifth Court of Appeals make no warranty as to the accuracy,
reliability, or completeness of the information and disclaim
responsibility for any errors or omissions or for results obtained from
the use of the information. Distribution of the information does not
constitute any warranty and the use of the information is the sole
responsibility of the user. The receipt, or non-receipt of case
information from this website does not modify the responsibility of
parties for compliance with the
Texas Rules of Appellate
Procedure.
