Do you think that providing case data on the Internet will unduly reduce the privacy of litigants?

No, once a litigant elects to use the Court system, provided at public expense, that person gives up a portion of their privacy and internet access to Court records will not make any information that is not already public available - it will just make it easier to obtain.
