Having access on the Internet to information about the cases I'm involved with at the Dallas Court of Appeals is invaluable--it keeps me up to date on a daily basis on the status of my cases and eiliminates many phone calls to the court and the cost to the client of my time spent making trips to the courthouse. Since the information I get via the Internet is information I could get with free through a telephone call or a trip to the courthouse, I don't think a charge for the information is fair or justified.
