WELCOME

This is an on-line discussion forum called Fee or Free.
Nothing sinister planned here, but the Texas Supreme Court has a Judicial Committee on Information Technology (JCIT) that is evaluating various options for providing automated access on a statewide basis.
A survey mailed out by the JCIT (see links below) asked some questions that should be discussed in an open forum. Other than the fact that public information received from the JCIT has been posted on this site, and exerpts from the JCIT Survey form the foundation for the discussion topics, this site has no relationship to the Judicial Committee on Information Technology and any comments, views, or other expressions on this site are not necessarily representative of any JCIT activity or policy.

The contents frame shows the titles of all articles posted to the discussion. Selecting a title will cause the corresponding article to be loaded into this frame.
